When they arrived at the scene, they found two attached homes and a third nearby “fully engulfed” in flames. 

An hour-and-a-half later, firefighters were still trying to extinguish heavy fire on the rooftops. 

One person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, pc28¹ÙÍøparamedics said.

Users on Reddit and X posted videos of fire trucks lining the street or tall flames burning.

Some social media users said they could smell the smoke from their apartments in the area and called it “nauseating.”

“The whole neighbourhood is thick with smoke and the condos smell like smoke in the hallways and suites,” one person .
