Some streets could be closed — potentially resulting in diversions — due to the “high volume” of fans expected to pack streets tonight near Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre, the TTC said in a news release.
Extra subway trains will be running on Line 1 Yonge-University, the transport agency said, adding that more TTC staff will be helping to direct crowds and answer questions at Union Station.

Good news for soccer fans en route to BMO Field: there’s extra service on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, with a 29 Dufferin bus running south from Dufferin Station to Exhibition. “Service will run between Dufferin Station and Exhibition every few minutes,” the TTC added.
Plus, the TTC is delaying scheduled track work so that Line 1 Yonge-University service between Sheppard-Yonge and College can run until midnight. After midnight, the transport agency will run a “frequent” shuttle bus service to all stations along the route.
The Leafs will be taking on the Florida Panthers at 7 p.m. in a crucial Game 5 of their second-round playoff series. The Blue Jays are facing division rivals the Tampa Bay Rays at 7:07 p.m., while pc28¹ÙÍøFC go head-to-head against the Cincinnati FC at 7:30 p.m.Â
