A woman is in hospital after she was found on the Gardiner Expressway with life-threatening injuries.
An off-duty pc28¹ÙÍøpolice officer found the woman in the westbound lanes near Dufferin Street around 2 a.m. on Sunday, according to pc28¹ÙÍøFire Services.
She was assessed at the scene and taken to hospital in life-threatening condition, pc28¹ÙÍøparamedics said.

Investigators are unsure exactly how the woman ended up on the roadway but said they received reports she either fell or jumped out of a moving vehicle.
Officers have since found the driver of the vehicle.
Police had shut down the westbound lanes of the Gardiner west of Spadina Avenue, but reopened them after 10 a.m. on Sunday.Â
