Two of the Niagara region’s best-known features are coming together for Niagara Parks’ newest dining experience. The showcases not only the power of the Falls with the closest patio to the natural wonder, but also offers guests the opportunity to try more than 100 unique Niagara VQA wines, beers, cider and spirits.
Now open at the iconic Table Rock Centre, this upscale-yet-casual dining experience gives a whole new meaning to “patio season.†The bistro boasts a unique, open-air rooftop patio perched above the brink, the point the water tumbles 57 metres over the edge of the Falls, allowing diners to see, hear and feel its power.
Start with one of the charcuterie boards piled with local cheeses and cured meats, and a selection of fruit, pickles, jams, nuts and crackers, before trying the Ontario Burrata served with artisan bread, basil pesto, heirloom tomatoes, a balsamic reduction and pine nuts.

For your main, savour the brisket sandwich featuring beef braised in Table Rock 1885 ale and served on a brioche roll topped with horseradish aioli and crispy onions and accompanied with a side of potato salad, or the chicken tacos with corn tortillas overflowing with chipotle pulled chicken, corn salsa, cotija cheese and lime crema.
Each culinary offering is expertly paired with one of the offerings from the Table Rock Bistro + Wine Bar’s extensive selection of Niagara VQA wines, beers, cider and spirits — including small batch and hard-to-find bottles.
Its wine cellar aims to tell the story of Niagara’s celebrated vintages and craft beverage industry to the millions of people who visit Niagara Parks’ Table Rock Centre each year from the Greater pc28¹ÙÍøArea, other parts of Canada or from around the world.
The vintages it offers includes bottles from pioneers such as Inniskillin and Jackson-Triggs in Niagara-on-the-Lake or small lot wineries from the Niagara Benchlands such as Fielding Estate Winery and Westcott Vineyards.
Spend a sophisticated afternoon or evening with your friends at the closest open-air rooftop patio to the Falls, raising a glass, snapping photos and making memories that will last well past your return home.
